Yes, I do!

Okay, so today I'm not going to review something about music. In fact I'm going to ask you something.

When I was listening to the music on my ipod today, I figured I only 'love' songs that confront me with myself. Every song that really means something to me, are the songs with memories.
Let's take ''Try Honestly'' from Billy Talent for example. This reminds me of the people who said that I couldn't do what I wanted or that my way of living was that easy, of people who think to know me but just absolutely don't.

So I've got a question: 'Do you have a song that fits into a memory, or that reminds you of it?'
I really would like to know what you listen to and what it means for you.

Please leave a comment..
And if you don't.. This will be a pathetic lesson for my self to do not ask you anything again. Haha :)

PUNK GOES POP 3!!

Some people will think ''FINALLY PUNK GOES POP 3!'', While others probably know nothing about this.
Punk Goes Pop are several well known bands who turn familiar pop songs into punk songs. These bands are not the same every CD. There were already 2 CDs and I must say, I was the first two times not impressed..

By coincidence I saw today that a new Punk Goes Pop has appeared and I did some research.
If you like alternative music .. this CD will interest you [no guaranty]. I have listened to the CD and I am STILL listening. It's really good! The quality of the songs are very professional this time and by this I mean that you can't find false note's that easily, which I personally did in the first two CD's.

Let's take a look at the CD:

1. Breathe Carolina - "Down" (originally recorded by Jay Sean ft. Lil Wayne)
2. Woe, Is Me - "Hot 'N Cold" (originally recorded by Katy Perry)
3. Artist Vs Poet - "Bad Romance" (originally recorded by Lady GaGa)
4. Mayday Parade - "In My Head" (originally recorded by Jason DerĂ¼lo)
5. Asking Alexandria - "Right Now (Na Na Na)" (originally recorded by Akon)
6. This Century - "Paper Planes" (originally recorded by M.I.A.)
7. The Word Alive - "Heartless" (originally recorded by Kanye West)
8. Family Force 5 - "Bulletproof" (originally recorded by La Roux)
9. Of Mice & Men - "Blame It" (originally recorded by Jamie Foxx ft. T-Pain)

10. Miss May I - "Run This Town" (originally recorded by Jay-Z ft. Kanye West and Rihanna)
11. The Ready Set - "Airplanes" (originally recorded by B.o.B ft. Hayley Williams)
12. Cute Is What We Aim For - "Dead And Gone" (originally recorded by T.I. ft. Justin Timberlake)
13. Sparks The Rescue - "Need You Now" (originally recorded by Lady Antebellum)
14. We Came As Romans - "My Love"
(originally recorded by Justin Timberlake ft. T.I.)

I think it's really a must and a great improvement over the previous 2 Punk Goes Pop's. Even if you are more interested in pop, you can maybe find something you like. Okay, most songs are maybe (too) hard if you're not used to this style, but I guess if you're a little bit open for it you will like a few, like ''Down'' or ''Bad Romance''. Even if you don't like this style at all.. I would still like to say that you should listen, even if it's just to have a little fun about it.

In my opinion, this CD is great. Nice basses are being used, good beat's and even some electronic tricks that make listening fun!

So listen :)
And let me know if you think my idea is correct.
